Booking Rules & Policies
Booking Basics
- All bookings require advance reservation
- Sessions are 3 hours from start time
- Confirmation sent via email within 24 hours
- Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in
Payments
- 50% deposit required to secure booking
- Remaining balance due on arrival
- Cancellations 48+ hours: full refund
- Cancellations under 48 hours: no refund
Food & Drinks
- Outside food and drinks permitted
- Food packages available for purchase
- No alcohol allowed on premises
- Clean up after yourself
Equipment
- All gaming equipment provided
- Handle all equipment with care
- Report any damage immediately
- Damage fees apply for broken items
Guest Policy
- Guest count must match package capacity
- Additional guests require upgrade
- Minors must have adult supervision
- Maximum capacity strictly enforced
Conduct
- Respectful behavior required at all times
- No harassment or bullying tolerated
- Follow staff instructions
